Who I am
I’m Irina Gotca, a freelance UI/UX designer and Framer developer. This policy covers the website at irina-gotca-upwork.framer.website. For any privacy question, you can reach me through my Upwork profile, or by email at [add your email here].
What I collect
Analytics. I use Framer’s built-in, privacy-friendly analytics. It is cookieless and collects only aggregated, anonymous information — such as page views and general traffic sources. It does not identify you personally.
Hosting. My host, Framer, may process limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) in server logs to deliver and secure the site.
Contact. If you message me through Upwork, that conversation is handled under Upwork’s own terms and privacy policy.
What I don’t do
I don’t use advertising or marketing cookies, I don’t build personal profiles of visitors, and I never sell or rent your data to anyone.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies required for it to function — no tracking or analytics cookies.
Third-party links
The site links to external platforms such as Upwork and Behance, and embeds a video from YouTube on the About page. Once you interact with those, their own privacy and cookie policies apply, not this one.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — for example, under the GDPR in the EU and UK — you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to how it’s processed. Because this site collects almost no personal data, there is usually very little to act on, but if you have a request, contact me and I’ll respond.
Data retention
Aggregated analytics are kept only as long as they’re useful for understanding site traffic. Server logs are retained by the host according to their standard practice.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the most recent version.
